Agree that bad news wouldn't be described as positive. Withheld perhaps? Merely agreeing with you re the possibility of LCK arguing a loophole in disclosure requirements. Afterwards.
A positive Ann such as MOU signd for .... (IMO) could just as easily be a diversion. e.g. "hey, look over there!"
