You've only mentioned there was the $20M revenue target in 2017 to me previously, I was never aware they missed the forecast by only $6M for 2018.
I remember reading about you guys saying they targeted to be cash flow positive in 2018 but with the high employee cost, even if they reached that $34M revenue in 2018, there is no way they would have been cash flow positive.
