Wait for the Chinese coming back from their New Year's break this Mon - and I wouldn't be surprised to see some panic buying on the back of all of this news.
All I see is the demand side going up even more rapidly with every major news announcement while the supply side seems to be doing the exact opposite. All we hear there are bad news stories of producers producing less and staying well below their current, let alone late 2018/early 2019, production forecasts.
No matter how much bull, manipulation and other crap - at some point none of this will be able to bridge the current negative supply - demand price gap.
