They are rearranging the business model so that moving forward they are now open to new business acquisition opportunities. eg the two recent acquisitions that have been integrated immediately into their business model.

There are many new business management technologies being developed by savvy tech heads that do not know how to market such products.

JCurve does

JCurve is in a position to access these opportunities at the right price and develop the markets for such products.

This company has a solid platform.

JCurve has these marketing skills. They know how to get to customers within this space. VITAL for the success of any company.

imo they will develop as suite of high tech focused management products that will be flexible, adaptive to any business and profitable.

Diversifying their own product mix to make the company flexible and adaptive to any market changes.
Basically moving away from dependency.

This also places them in the situation for much outside interested.

This is just the beginning
