we need to secure $20m of debt to buy Lifx. We’re still waiting. DM been talking to debt people for months and still not an agreement. DM told us historically December Lifx best month so we can expect revenue to drop from here.

So no, as things stand there is only failure and zero to be positive about. Dave has totally lied for years. Everything he’s says has been shown to be a lie. History has a tendnacy to pull you up on things you say. DM has said a lot. Only failure to show for it. That’s a fact.

Everything is a lie? For the love of god you must be joking. Are you referring to missed sales targets? Projections are a tricky business, especially for a new product with a bunch of new partners.
