I don't think they will get a ticket, but if they did it would be a kick in the guts for those guys who were tipped out by ANZ. Can you imagine what an ASX speedo would say "We have noticed that the SP has gone from 8c to 31c in a few weeks". KIK could have a nice fun response to that one something along the lines "we thank the ASX for the contribution they made by not regulating Opes and allowing ANZ to hammer the SP etc." Even though I have profited out of this situation I hope ANZ get hammered in the courts for what they did.
