We've become increasingly tolerant, if anyone had suggested back at the start of Sept QTR that we wouldn't see OT or Stage 3 funding before Mid-Feb 2019 they would have been branded a down-ramper, put on block and reported to the mods (not necessarily in that order).
However, now we just - I don't know - sort of accept it.
We've been reprogrammed.
As for end of March QTR - loooxury, I dream of an announcement by the end of March. Lick middle of road mit tongue.
