I suspect Pablo is busy installing new equipment (as announced previously) aimed at increasing production efficiency.
We have had little detail regarding this process...
- Did the equipment arrive on time ?
- Has it been fully installed ?
- Are they now running production trials and re-calibrating the process ?
- Does this news black out have something to do with the plant upgrade taking longer than planned ?
- Did the Donkey run off with a key part ? (don't under estimate The Donkey).
Point is, they may not be in a position to manufacturer pending the completion of the upgrade.
