I am just thinking, I am a builder, building a house for my in law, at 98% completion level, I and my wife somehow desperate to divorce, we went to see family lawyer, she puts a claim to lawyer for 90% of our asset, I am thinking should I still go to my in law to complete the remaining 2% construction and give Certificate of Occupancy so that they actually can move in??? or let them hang out and dry their money on mortgage and interest for a house they cannot move so that they may tell their daughter slow down, and be less greedy?
imo, HRR has long way before they can start production, Sedgman knew they had 10m retention to HRR before 49m claim, they probably know what they are doing, and they probably can afford for a legal fight which HRR will be bleeding to participate!!!
