Thanks for getting back to us. I suspect that the AGM thread has gone quiet due to very little interest now.
I am surprised that the ASX thought it was out of their juristiction. I would have thought that keeping the ZFX buy on the market on Monday was an ASX concern. (By the way it has gone now).
I will be happy to be proved wrong, but I would suspect that when you approach ASIC, they will be polite, but not really interested.
To do the investigation, they will need to get the trades at $1:105 and determine who did them, and why; and then determine if anything untoward occured.
Let us know of the outcome, but potentially on a ZFX thread. I had removed AGM from my HC favorites and just searched it on the off chance of a post and came accross yours.
On another matter, where are your farming duties? I live in suburbia, but would like to retire early to a farm.
