I don't think Lange (or the directors) would be stupid enough to commit to a substantial purchase of a pretty expensive new vessel without having definate work on the cards for it. However, Lange continues his annoying habit of not telling the market his reasons. Bet he has told his major stockholders or they would be selling by now
