Not sure how you arrive at your conclusions of it being better that PM8 have 1.1b shares and a MC of $20m is somehow better than say having 200m shares on issue with the same market cap. I know which would be better for my hip pocket in the long run.
As for your comment that having more shares on issue means more mums and dads can invest in it, laughable.
