I've been saying for a while now - this business has demonstrated Zero business 101 acumen. The BOD hide from the shareholder base they are supposed to represent. The only parties winning in this game that I can see are the directors and executives raping the business with fees. There has been NO demonstrable value added and totally inadequate disclosure and/or thought leadership or direction.
I would like to see this turnaround as would all other S/H's but to date and for a long time now all I get is a sinking feeling.
It would be nice to see the BOD man up and start disclosing thier turnaround plans for this business.
