Yes there are many instances where things have just gone pear shaped and funds were implemented without any realisation of value on some acquisitions that never eventuated. However he is still "investing his own funds" still trying to do acquisitions without having ready capital, still trying to create value out of "thin air" with issuing yet more shares and diluting us to nothing... But think of it this way if he doesn't do this and the company folds you have lost 100% of 100% of what you hold. If you allow the guy to try and create value you may lose 50% of your holding value but still have 50% of the original 100%. And if this takes off then that 50% could be worth 150% down the line. So dont be so quick to cut the guy off by the knees. ANSWERS yes we all DEMAND to know what the strategy is and how/when we will be coming off suspension . All IMO but think about it a bit I am in here too but have had ALOT of time to ponder this share

Have a look at Ochre. Look at the consulting fees taken out by Ochre from MPE/REL. Look at the funds "invested" by FD.
