Good question - if so what can we do about it. So much for our fearless regulators. They only seem to give out speeding tckets if a company is going too fast, where-as if it's being deliberately run into the ground or is vagrently abusing/avoiding and/or manipulating it's fiduciary duties you don't see the for dust. Where or what process exists to report this sort of stuff other than shareholders going it alone and burning serious cash or getting a vulture funder in to proove and pursue any wrong-doing.
