40% is sufficient for me at this time. I agree with others pre-divi announcement any dip under $2.80 was good value with divis back then at $0.18/ for the previous 4 quarters+Franking. I believe A conservative look going forward would be minimum (however most likely to be more) 3 interim divis unchanged at @$0.044, plus the $0.07 that was announced is putting an overall divi at $0.202/ for the 12months+Franking or +12.2% increase to the preceding 4 divis, which should surely say a good entry is anything below $3.14 ($2.80+12.2%). All IMO and do your own analysis
