Yes I saw them last year as well and it was surprising. The reviews have been there for months and if he was indeed in cover up mode, I'm sure he would organised at least one or two reviews that were somewhat positive - it isn't hard to do and as most of the employees are shareholders I'm sure he could have convinced somebody to help out.

Not your doing, imo. I also see it from others, occasionally.
I often compose a post offline, easier to check my facts while doing it etc. If I compose in OpenOffice email and cut/paste, no problem. But if I do it in OpenOffice doc, I get same as you. If I copy/paste from a website, sometimes it gets messed up, sometimes not. I have checked options for pasting, I can't find an answer.
Never happened to me on the old HC.
Would be grateful if anyone can help/explain how to consistently avoid it.
