If you short WTC at this level, you may suffer a little if it jumps up tomorrow but I feel that over the short term of as little as 2-3 months you will make decent money. WTC should be in a tradable range $16-$22 for the next 6 months. Outside this range will just be little blips that could trigger margin calls for those who borrow money to play stocks. I never play short now as I don't play stock market in a serious way now. Good luck!
