NOBODY knows that at all. The company has not disclosed the amount, nor has it disclosed any amount FOR WHICH IT HAS RECEIVED PAYMENT in the prospectus.

SA Gov't may refer to federal gov't but it may just as easily refer to some miniscule gov't run Pretorian committee... the only indication for a guess might be derived from the quality of their contract partner. Let's check their Twitter feed...
