don't think it did trade after the announcement - there are special rules around a takeover annoucement - worth checking but I think trading is suspended for an hour following the announcement. The ASL annoucement was made within an hour of close. The price jump will be this morning.
Nice (not) to see the 7% jump on big volume prior to the announcement. dodgey!!!!!
