Just in context of the HPA market update, just wondered whether there have been underlying changes in the market that warrant further look. Saw this in the Australian yesterday, worth considering given our role in the electric batteries market. Again I still think this is a long term solid play, but just highlighting more caution may be on the Mezz side with outlooks than currently thinking.
FWIW Muad'Dib I just said it seemed like 99% just because of sentiment, I think it's a risk in the outlook (particularly if questions about market assumptions take time) but I'd put it at the 30-40% likilihood (just thin air guessing based on Cash In Bank, and my expectations of how the Mezz is progressing given Global market considerations). If we get through to May/early-June without Mezz deal I think a Pre-Mezz raise is likely (and I wouldn't consider it management going back on their word, just an outcome of the changing market and commercial realities).
