Has anyone thought that maybe financiers don't want the SKI discount clause??
I mean we have established that SKI would recover the 80 million, plus some, through the discount - why on earth would a bank/financier/AUZ want SKI to have this discount if the premium could go straight into the bottom line of the company!!??
I have always maintained that finance will look nothing like what we thought it was last year - this is now playing out. . . Time will tell.
The long form contract will be the telling document.
