I suspect after recent government shutdowns in the US there would be a back log across the board no use pining about it just have to wait a little longer. If you were a day trader chasing a few pips I can see the frustration as for the long holders waiting for the big move patients. I think your investment would be no better off in the bank earning a couple of percent. So getting through each mile stone will indeed restore value to the share price.
