I am looking for a reason that the lawyers write a put option into what should have been an easy pickup ..owning many established NZ Financial advisors and a whole countries new compulsary superannuation contributions to collect.
Why then write in the garantee unless it suits you some other way??...


AND LLA listed on NZX not long ago and on relisting day delayed for share register reasons.. and then taken off NZX..never trading...Whats going on there?
Does it mean there werent enough NZ shareholders for it to be listed?
The ASX anns didnt mention NZX relist but
NZX ann included ASX relist.??
