Happy to pay $ if the performance is there, but from track record, things have to change. Otherwise it's a new capital raise every now and then just to pay wages. I suggest dropping management wages to zero cash and replace with performance options at decent hurdles. 1 million options at 10c, 1 million at 20c and continuing on to the $1 mark.
