Seanl is talking about the routing of the channels for the plumbing and electrical.
Happy to be corrected, but AFAIK, no photo or video (other than animations) has yet been released to show that the HX can route channels in the bricks and then lay those same bricks.
Seen enough words from FBR over the years, that end up meaning stuff all.
