Depends what you were holding doesn't it? If your holdings are still suffering a major overhang then 50c probably covers their current value. I appreciate most are not in this position which is why a DOCA is a waste of time, 50% will not accept it.
As susual ANZ are trying to have a bit each way, trying to appease the media on one hand, yet sayying to Opes clients the best they can hope for is a compromise. They just gave the green light to the attack dogs (funded lawyers) again.
