Can you give us a better understanding of your legal cost estimates.
CHM appear to be comfortable that they can meet the costs from here but you are indicating them having to spend a lot more.
Initial security of costs seem a good indication of costs expected and either MMX is going to spend a lot delaying case which means they remain out of play for any t/o activity or they push to get their day in court and finalise matter.
