There's been an impatient buyer around for days coming from offscreen to pick-off the sellers but not building the buyer depth. Today saw a spike in volume (including 1mill in XT) and even what looks like bot activity ($200 trades) - surprising for a small stock.
250k wanted at 0.095 - lets see if its still on in the morning. The volume you were looking for might be turning up.
