This low ball offer puts a floor under the SP.
With the expected growth, outlined over the past years, and at today’s presentation it seems a no brainer to reject the offer.
The takeover cannot be in the best interest of the shareholders unless there is something we don’t know. This was a common theme in the Q&A after the presentation.
Perhaps NetComm is hoping to draw out new offers? I hope so.
Apart from Dave Stewart the board own very few shares in the company. Something I’ve always found strange and unsettling. There is very little personal director interest in wanting a higher offer.
Any other thoughts?
