It is unknowable. There might be other uses than just export of coal for some of these deposits, eg CSM etc.
Does CEY have a desposit as large as suggested by EPE's press release?
I suspect part of the high price is also due to other matters. Firstly there are not that many shares on issue. Secondly some new investors might be expecting that as shareholders they will be offered EPE shares at 8 cents in the capital raising similar to what the coal tenement holders are getting and hence their average buy in cost of EPE shares be lower than the current market price. Finally in the short term Fat Prophets has the ability to move the share price of small companies for short periods and they have EPE as a buy for those that do not have EPE exposure.
Why not ring the company and share what info you get?
