hoping you are familiar with the concept of accountability and responsibility. board is accountable and ceo is responsible for business objectives. but I guess this will be too much corporate speak for most.

btw i am only raising a concern over MM's performance as CEO. I don't see any value that CEO is adding to the business and costing a lot. that's all. perhaps there will be those shareholders who will try to get answers and surely there are few around who are trying to shutdown the discussions over MM's performance. wonder why?
