How far is the next round of R&D grant? It looks like RXH is moving towards the VA as its cash flow has less than one month to go. The placement of the shortfall shares is a must and Rewan has to top up more from his own pocket. the debt collection is a decoit as it is only $100k 
which is not of a significant value. 

The merchant number has been stagnant for quite some time with over 3m members.

RXH has changed a lot and so does the market in the last 5 years. I think RXH has missed the boat unfortunately and it is unlikely to be a turn back story. All the small caps are running into such a dry market and the worst is yet to come.
