I am fan turned detractor of this company. Time and time again they have shot themselves on the foot without being forthright about the issues. 

They spent close to 20 mil shareholder money and still end up paying the so much money. There is no guarantee that there is no more skeleton in the closet. 

They just have to make the hard decision saying SACC industry is broken. Reweigh the portfolio away from SACC quickly. Admit their mistake and move on. Stop paying those fat cat for generating negative shareholder value.

Only then there is a sustained recovery. 

CCV now is 1/3 of MNY market cap and hasn't paid dividend for the past 3 years. Management needs to wake up and shareholders need to put pressure on them .
