houston i think we have seen the bottom

well what a day for CEU today, nice finish up $0.03 on strong volume and crappy day for other infra plays.

its obvious to me that we are at the bottom now going by the level of accumulation going on.

its trading at a 15% discount to the forecast traffic numbers and its going to open 5 months ahead of time.

all we need to see once the road opens is a some decent first up numbers and it will take off.
