ARL chart, page-1085

Thanks RED for sharing the good news. Amigo, if you don't mind I'll ramble on a bit. By chance this morning I happened to watch a couple of Utube videos with Warren Buffet being interviewed and giving his opinions. He had some very interesting insights which reminded me of the recent posts by you and others on ARL this week. (I'll give my take on some of his ideas.) He said that we invest in stocks to become part-owners in a business which we believe has the right fundamentals. He says to make you very successful, it only takes a couple of decisions to buy stocks in good companies . He was mainly talking about holding for the longterm. He gave examples of well-known American companies that have multiplied in value to become really big. Along the way the price will rise and fall, but if the funadmentals have not changed, then we should not sell during the lows. He said that if these changes caused people to get too aggitated, then they probably shouldn't be in stocks. He compared it to buying a house and later getting an offer which is considerably less than the purchase price - it shouldn't cause a person to panic and to sell a good house. Also, when we buy stocks to become part-owners, we enter at a much discounted price. That is, if our fellow holders had got together in the beginning and wanted to build the business from scratch or want to buy it out-right, it would cost us proportionally more than our purchase by way of shares in the company. So shareholders in ARL, as well as many companies in the battery-metal sector in Australia, can take heart from his comments. We are getting in at the right stage and at a much discounted price. Eventually the sentiment will turn around, then ARL and other small caps will become recognised for their true funadmental value. At the moment ARL has progressed from explorer to a PFS and is working towards a DFS. Their plan has been to start selling high grade nickel sulfate and cobalt sulfate in 2021 (I think they have said it a few times). So in about 2 to 3 years this company will be one of those that Warrne Buffet was talking about. Good luck amigo.
