If they manage to get the full amount raised, it'll still have a market cap of around $72 million Bull247.....It saddens me to say that it is nowhere near rock bottom for the current state of play. Use the charts to protect what's left if they can't hang onto the upper 2 cent range because fundamentally, there's absolutely no reason why this can't get to around cash backing which would be around the 0.3 to 0.4 cent range currently.

That said, you'd assume that Taylor Collison will defend the 3 cent area with gusto until their sophs are in the clear and post the unloading is where it could get ugly again for mine. Don't forget that the sophs got mauled in the 12 cent raising.....Not Brett though, Cheiftain simply clipped the ticket.

As to the question posed earlier regarding the continuance of SAS elsewhere, it might pay to have a very close look at the original prospectus to see if there're any clauses relating to it.

I'm well aware that this has nothing to do with SAS and i'm in no way suggesting that i could happen here because i have not looked into the original prospectus however, when Brett Mitchell was on the board of a company listed as CTR, an oil project in Guatemala was rolled into the shell. In the prospectus, it stated that if CTR could no longer provide capital, it would go back to the original owner.....Well it did in fact go back to that original owner but not until $25 million of shareholders capital was spent drilling two wells which were later opened up to profit others. I still shake my head that it happened on the ASX.
