Sorry guys, regarding dilution of shares forgot to add in the $235million being the value of Bandanna. I will change sp to reflect current market.
Should be
Market cap. $0.28 x 175 000 000 shares on issue
= $49 000 000
Price of bandanna $235 000 000
Shares to be issued 2 900 000 000
Number of shares on issue after issue to bandanna
3 075 000 000
New Diluted Share price = Market cap plus purchase price Bandanna divided by Shares on issue =
$284 000 000 divided by 3 075 000 000 equals
= $0.092 per share.
Seems right considering offer to bandanna is $0.08 per share. Thats a 15% discount after dilution at current market cap. Can anyone clarify on the subject and impact on share holding once shares are issued to Bandanna subject to approval ?Just concerned over number of shares to be issued
