The CDC tells us that 1 in every 68 children in the U.S. has autism and a recent government survey pegged the incidence of autism even higher at 1 in 45 children. Amish children are mostly unvaccinated. It has been estimated that the rate of autism in the Amish community to be 1 in 15,000.
