Ann: Expiration of 100m Performance Shares, page-25

Just for everyone playing at home, if the performance shares were issued then we would be diluted. But that didn't happen , we are not diluted (which is good for the stock price) and does show integrity for management as they could have used some creative accounting to create 100k sales to get the shares.

They were issued 7 shares instead, that's right 7 units  -about 28 cents worth.

We must be due for some news on Cannepil -landed xmas eve -Hopefully it's being prescribed and working well for epilepsy patients. 

We are due for some good news and a run to 10c.
