After a consolidation the company is still worth the same with the shares you hold. Your total holding cash wise is no different, but it will allow the company to easily raise funds down the track, no bloody good for early entry shareholders though. Eg 10c, Cr at 7c will easily succeed, they all do it at some stage....stuff the original shareholders.
