Triton have already flagged 75% debt at extra competitive interest rates of around 5%. I actually believe from reading between the lines we had more than one very viable option for financing. Our EPC contractors also placed us in contact with affiliated financiers who have reportedly beem very supportive of Triton with competitive terms.

You then have Pinnacle & Shangdon stating they wish to participate before the company even knocks on shareholders doors.

Let's not forget Sinzhou, a subsidiary of China's largesr building company are assisting with financing.

The company only needs that signature & the final touches on financing can take place.
