what puzzles me most is how did PWC justify its one line statement confirming GSW was in compliance with its disclosure obligations?
surely they had a sound basis for their conclusion, but if the sound basis existed, why would ASIC pursue proceedings?
either the PWC advice was wrong, or ASIC is wasting its time.... which one is more likely?
