Judging by the growth in renter resumes the popularity of rent.com.au is growing well. So if 1m rent customers spend 10 bucks a year, with a pe of 15 looking at around $150M market cap.
Or better yet, if we can achieve a market of only 5% the size of REA, be looking at around the $500M cap.
Woah, step back! Breakeven first, mid year.
But current 10mill market cap is certainly worth throwing a few extra bucks in imo.
