Of the $348k, $331k was to Rogers' account - and seemingly a reflection of the BS value on the 64 million options issued to Rogers on 25 November 2016.
Can't see any evidence that he didn't get paid his $370k pa salary....which is separate to the options.
I note the base $370k pay check was a 50% increase on Dennis Clark's pay check......
