The lease for the Mile 72 tenement epl 3308 was granted for an initial period of 3 years which expired on 15/5/08.MLS recently put out an announcement that it had formally sought a 2 year extension as provided by the original grant agreement -- news of granting of the extension is currently awaited -- see other comments on this thread.As far as I am aware it should be a formality.
MLS and SBR are separately incorporated companies -- however a number of the Directors are common to both .
I hold a stake in both so I am interested in the source/substance of the recommendation given to you.
