10% on your money, guaranteed by the company, and all the upside of the market (if you want to play the market with 7m shares).
Converting at 10c - crikey bring it on..... just around the corner (IMO).
This is a serious shot in the arm for the company, and cashes us up for any new opportunities!
If we have a chance at any venture, having 2m in the bank, and another 1m on a private 0% credit card....plus all the infrastructure ready to go,,, makes us look even more inviting as a JV or a supplier! We will have more muscle to deliver.  
Great days at the moment, let alone whats going to happen soon (IMO).
