Well Flippa what can I say. A totally honest response. Not that you from what I can see push the debate any other way. I agree with the implications you have flagged towards production and yes what defines progress payments ( an assumption on my behalf) and market anns in relation to production. I hope you have their ear and AUZ give some weight to your considerations.  I don't see auto claves - vessels etc  being the longest lead items in this I think it will be more electric components and mechanical plant subject to design requirements. Although subject to capacity intentions this should be well under way. Just some thoughts and I stand to be corrected
