One of the things I worry about is, it doesn't matter how good / bad / indifferent the deal they are trying to put together is, because it's been in a T/Halt for so long, once announced, there will be an exodus immediately and a share price drop.
Anyway, we wait until May-June when we are likely to be hearing something, but hopefully earlier
