Hi @Louis6787
Seemed a genuine post so I wanted to encourage discussion as opposed to just patting you on the back for buying more.
- What time frame were you looking at on the Chart to view the 200week moving average and the bounce that you see? I cannot find it. I see the price slowly heading to $0.08c range to account for new dilution from CR. $0.14c now appears a strong resistance level for any upwards movement in the near term TA wise. This may form a horizontal trading channel between the recent $0.08c - $0.14c range until Dec19 - July 2020 when revenue guidance can be better applied.
Obviously a new binding build contract may fast track the SP north but that's not overly likely IMO until all tests are complete and Insurance companies sign off on the future builds. Could be soonish though if they base their case on the build currently occurring. Not an issue as I see it just time based delays involved.
KSA re-commitment of 50,000 home builds going ahead and a timeline to that effect could cement Investor confidence and also move the SP north. The Machine needs to be rolling off a production line to satisfy my mind it is still achievable as per their MOU.
- Just remember refinements may take longer that what investors want here. Winter trials have been announced so likely the x 10 house builds would then be aimed for spring in Perth. Maybe even summer as any issues found during winter testing would require a root cause analysis conducted and then improvements made. No biggy considering what they have overcome already.
- An exciting stock yes and it has captured the imaginations of many but if I can be so bold as to hazard caution and maintain a pragmatist view of the company. Take all comments here including my own with a healthy dose of skepticism.
Best of luck
